No less succulent are the proposals based on meat, such as the lamb jug glazed with red wine and bitter chocolate on root puree or the wild boar tenderloin with fried ravioli of Madrid cooked and chickpea puree. The cherry is put desserts such as cava and mandarin mousse with pistachio crunch and lemon-grass syrup or Seasonal exotic fruits with banana sorbet to Jamaican pepper.
