Among the extensive seasonal menu, you can taste a mojama Milhojas with melosa of leeks and kumquat or the seafood soup in textures to start opening mouth. Interesting dishes made from fish include a delicious grilled sea bream, black rice and cuttlefish slices with celery cream, candied cod loin, or brandada wrapped in crispy skins.

No less succulent are the proposals based on meat, such as the lamb jug glazed with red wine and bitter chocolate on root puree or the wild boar tenderloin with fried ravioli of Madrid cooked and chickpea puree. The cherry is put desserts such as cava and mandarin mousse with pistachio crunch and lemon-grass syrup or Seasonal exotic fruits with banana sorbet to Jamaican pepper.

All this watered with an extensive wine list with more than 150 references. The gastronomic excellence is enhanced by an interior design based on groundbreaking and daring lines, which enhance the impressive verticality of the space. Lacquered, granite pieces and furniture always in black and white, result in a very sophisticated atmosphere that enhances the panoramic views of the Sierra, especially at dusk.

Two large murals made of screen-printed glass and a delicate black and white drawing separate the central nave from the sections at the ends. In addition the restaurant has an exclusive reserved capacity for 15 diners.

Thanks to its spectacular height (more than five metres) it’s perfect for advertising productions, product presentations and other large format events.
