At our exclusive panoramic restaurant Volvoreta, you can savour the finest Mediterranean cuisine with a signature touch, while enjoying spectacular views over the Sierra de Madrid.
Product quality and culinary tradition take centre stage in our restaurant, where you will enjoy authentic, high-quality cuisine rooted in classic recipes and reinterpreted with an innovative, distinctive presentation, all accompanied by an extensive wine list featuring more than 150 labels.
The gastronomic excellence is further enhanced by striking interior design, defined by bold, daring lines that accentuate the impressive verticality of the space. Lacquered finishes, granite elements and furniture in a timeless black-and-white palette create a highly sophisticated atmosphere that heightens the panoramic views, especially at nightfall. This extraordinary setting, created by artist Nina Boy (Xavi Muñoz), frames a gastronomic proposal that kneads, refines and harmonises an endless array of flavours.

Las 4 Torres terrace becomes an oasis of calm in the heart of the financial district, where you can take a break from the daily hustle and bustle and enjoy the artistic and avant-garde spirit that surrounds the Eurostars Madrid Tower.
Las 4 Torres is a space with a casual and relaxed atmosphere, designed to escape the daily routine at any time of the day. Restaurant services are available throughout the day so that you can enjoy this exclusive outdoor space from morning to night.
The cocktail menu completes a proposal made to surprise, with creations for all palates.
In addition, the musical shows at the Lobby Bar are the perfect complement to an after-work session on the Las 4 Torres terrace. Jazz piano and guitar and voice sessions are interspersed to enliven and give the evenings a unique and special touch.
The terrace of the Eurostars Madrid Tower is also available to host your private events, cocktail parties or special celebrations, offering an elegant and quiet space in the heart of Las Cuatro Torres. The capacity is of 80 people, being able to also add the Lobby space for a total of 150 guests.
