"Travel journals", set in storybook Segovia, reflects the parallels between travelling and artistic creation. This two-minute film expresses the intensity of the writer's creative process compared to the feelings of two musicians from Eurostars Hotels in composing a piece for the soundtrack. From offscreen, Conde himself explains that, for him, travel is "the greatest source of emotion, the greatest stimulus for my imagination in the best music for my stories."

Alfredo Conde is one of the most prestigious authors of Spanish literature today. He has written, among others, the novel Los Otros Días, for which he received the Premio Nadal, Romasanta: Memorias inciertas del hombre lobo and Llovida del Cielo. He is also a member of the panel of judges for the Eurostars Hotels Travel Writing Contest.
