We also offer you healthy recipes prepared with the freshest products, including dishes such as wild asparagus with bacon, cod “a la Riojana” or brownie with nuts, among many other specialties. All these delicacies are paired with the best wines: Rioja, Rueda and Somontano wine with Protected designation of origin (PDO).
