    WE WERE PLEASED ON TWO OCCASIONS TO HAVE THE ROOM WE REQUESTED. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE RECEPTIONIST WHO OPENED THE SPA FOR ME ON SUNDAY NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND SHE FOUND A JUMPER AND SCARF WHICH I HAD LEFT LAST YEAR!! WE COULD DO WITH AND EXTRA PILLOW EACH IN THE BEDROOM. OVERALL AN EXCELLENT STAY AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. NICE TOUCH WITH THE LITTLE CHOCOLATES IN THE ROOM WE FELT VALUED CUSTOMERS.
    We were pleased on two occasions to have the room we requested. i was impressed with the receptionist who opened the spa for me on sunday nothing was too much trouble and she found a jumper and scarf which i had left last year!! we could do with and extra pillow each in the bedroom. overall an excellent stay and we will definitely be back. nice touch with the little chocolates in the room we felt valued customers.
