A tribute steeped in history

Long before becoming the present-day Eurostars Valladolid, this space was part of the city’s everyday life as a shopping centre where, for 25 pesetas, it was possible to enjoy an afternoon snack.

Today, we revive that memory with a fresh perspective. Our Grand Sunday Brunch is a tribute to that tradition.

Thus, for €25, we propose transforming Sundays from 11:30 to 13:30 into a small ritual where time stands still, the table is shared, and the pleasure of unhurried enjoyment returns.
