      Apartamentos Prat de les Molleres are located in Soldeu, a natural area where you can enjoy several activities with your couple or your family. During summer, this is the ideal place to practice adventure sports and tourism, thanks to the closeness to hiking routes in Vall de Incles, the multi-adventure Family Park, important golf courses and other leisure options. The most adventured ones will find less than 500 metres from the hotel the access to Pessons and Ransolas, where you can go up to a lot of lakes and peaks.

      During winter, Soldeu turns into a paradise for ski lovers. Just 5 minutes from the apartments, you will find lifts in which you can access directly to Grandvalira. Furthermore, its centric location allows its visitors to enjoy the leisure and restaurant options offered. 

      The 22 cosy duplex apartments have all the comforts you could need on your stay in Soldeu. Each apartment, approximately 60 m² on two floors, has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

      Plus, you also get free Wi-Fi, laundry room, accessible entrance and covered parking.

        General Pet Policy
        1. Pets must be kept on a leash or inside a carrier bag in common areas and when passing through to the apartments.
        2. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment at any time.
        3. During cleaning, the pet must be outside the apartment or under the control of its owners. At the time of apartment cleaning, the pet must be outside. If inside, it must be in its carrier bag or kept on a lead by its owners.
        4. Upon arrival, an up-to-date vaccination and deworming record must be presented. Additionally, to enter Andorra, the pet must have a microchip, rabies vaccination, and a "Pet Passport". For further information, you may contact the Department of Agriculture at (+376) 875 703.
        5. The owner is responsible for any noise caused by the pet. If it disturbs the peace of other guests, we may request that the pet be accommodated outside the apartments or, in severe cases, terminate the stay without the right to compensation.
        6. Pets are not allowed on furniture (beds, sofas, chairs) nor to use the bathrooms or showers. Apartment linen (towels, sheets) must not be used to clean the pet.
        We provide a bowl for the pet if necessary, but we do not have beds or mats; however, you may bring your own.
        *These rules are basic and ensure good coexistence among all guests. Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign them as a commitment.

      • Parking:
        Covered parking subject to availability upon arrival (€10/day).
        Charging point for electric vehicles (€0.40 per kW).

      • Cleaning service:
        € 40 per day

      • Deposit:
        A deposit of €200 will be required, which will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure.

      • Reception hours:
        From 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from July 15 to September 7. Outside these hours, you will be assisted from the Exe Prisma.
