Tips and Recommendations

EXCERPT FROM SAFETY AND INTERNAL REGULATIONS

In accordance with Article 25 of Decree-Law 13/2020, of May 18, which states that hotel establishments must have internal regulations with mandatory rules for guests during their stay—without contravening the provisions of Law 13/2011 of December 23—the following is established:

Guests are required to present official identification upon check-in at the hotel.
Each guest will receive an admission document prior to check-in, which must be signed. It includes the name, category, and registration number of the establishment, unit identification, number of occupants, check-in and check-out dates, and the accommodation price. The signed document will be retained by the hotel.
Guests must pay for all services used. The hotel may require a credit card as a guarantee for incidentals and may request advance payment for services.
Guests are not allowed to bring visitors into their room without prior authorization. A double room booked as single may not accommodate a second person without paying the double occupancy rate. Only registered guests may stay, and room occupancy must not exceed capacity.
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets are allowed without express authorization, except guide dogs, as per Andalusian Law 5/1998 of November 23.
Weapons or dangerous items are not permitted without prior authorization from security staff.
Guests must not disturb others, especially during nighttime hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
The hotel day begins at 2:00 p.m. on check-in day and ends at 12:00 p.m. on check-out day. Extensions are not permitted without prior agreement.
Restaurant and pool hours may vary depending on the season.
Room cleaning takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hotel staff may access rooms in the performance of their duties.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, except in designated outdoor areas.
The hotel is not responsible for items not previously declared and deposited in the central safe.
The hotel is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of its facilities.
Guests must report any incident affecting the hotel’s safety to the front desk.
Guests are responsible for any deliberate damage to the hotel’s facilities or furnishings.
Guests using the hotel parking must park properly. The hotel is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles or items inside them.
The hotel is not responsible for issues caused by third-party service providers (laundry, dry cleaning, tour agencies, taxis, etc.).
Borrowed hotel items must be returned in original condition; otherwise, guests must pay for repairs or replacement at the hotel’s discretion.
For questions or concerns about the hotel, guests may contact Reception or Customer Service. The Hotel Manager is the highest authority.
Guests must follow security staff instructions, especially when related to safety. Security staff must identify themselves.
Guests have the right to request a complaint form.
Access to services open to both guests and the public may be denied or revoked under the following conditions:
1. If maximum capacity is reached.
2. If operating hours have ended.
3. If the guest does not meet the legal minimum age.
4. If the guest displays violent behavior, causes danger or disturbs others.
5. If the guest is consuming or appears to have consumed drugs or similar substances.
If no incident is reported before check-out, it will be assumed that the service was satisfactory.
Items left in rooms will be kept for two months, after which the hotel may dispose of them. Underwear, toiletries, food, or drinks will not be stored.
The hotel may request law enforcement assistance to remove individuals who breach social norms or misuse services, per Article 36.4 of Law 13/2011 of December 23.

TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Watch and monitor your luggage at all times. Do not leave it unattended.
Keep your room door closed when inside.
Always check that the door is properly locked when leaving the room, even briefly.
Keep luggage closed and stored properly. Use built-in locks if available.
Do not display valuables, money, or jewelry in your room.
Report any unusual event immediately to Reception.
Always return your key to hotel staff in person. Do not leave it in public areas.
Only Reception staff are authorized to issue replacement keys, and you will be asked to show ID for security reasons.
Fire safety regulations prohibit the use of any electrical device that could start a fire.
Ironing on tables or beds is strictly prohibited.
Never allow strangers into your room, especially with unsolicited deliveries.
Do not discuss travel plans or excursions in public or with strangers.
Hang the appropriate sign if you want your room cleaned or if you don’t want to be disturbed.
Respect the quiet areas of the hotel, especially at night.
Please respect the schedules of all hotel facilities.
Your personal data may be added to our files solely for administrative purposes. You may access, modify, or delete this data at any time by contacting the hotel. Data will only be shared with public institutions in compliance with current laws.
