Eurostars Isla de La Toja offers spacious relaxation, wellness and health facilities that make the most of the exceptional properties of the local waters. The range of services and treatments is based on seawater and mineral-medicinal spring water, creating a unique offer and an oasis of relaxation to disconnect body and mind.

The facilities are divided into the Thermal Club, with a marine water circuit, and the Spa, equipped with tubs and treatment cabins for massages and specific therapies.

The properties of the mineral-medicinal water of La Toja, combined with modern relaxation and wellness techniques, make the spa the perfect place to leave behind daily stress and recharge, improving your overall physical and mental well-being. La Toja water is hyperthermal, sodium chloride, rich in sulfates, fluoride, calcium, iron, magnesium, and other minerals with a concentration of 30g/l. It is especially beneficial for joint conditions (osteoarthritis, etc.), skin conditions (psoriasis, dermatitis), and respiratory conditions (pharyngitis, asthma, COPD). Additionally, we have a team of highly qualified professionals and personalized treatments tailored to the needs of even the most demanding users.

The Isla de La Toja Thermal Club is an oasis of health and well-being for body and mind. Its facilities offer a modern and functional space where you can enjoy a truly relaxing experience.

The circuit includes a heated indoor seawater pool, swan neck jets, counter-current areas and bubble beds.

Thermal club and customer service:
From Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Fridays and Saturdays: from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.
Children’s hours: Every day from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

*Maximum session duration is 90 minutes.

Eurostars Isla de la Toja advises its clients to inform us at the time of booking any aspect of their physical condition (pregnancy, hypertension, allergy, or injury) that could be relevant.

Our professionals are available to clients to clarify any doubts regarding the selection of treatments.

Reservations
It is recommended to book spa services in advance. Treatments are carried out by prior appointment to guarantee availability.

Cancellation Policy
 1. Free cancellation: Spa service bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the service date.
 2. Partial charge cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the service date will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount of the booked service.
 3. No-show: Failure to attend the booked service without prior cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount.
Cancellation procedure: To cancel a booking, clients must contact the spa by phone or email at least 24 hours before the service date. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original booking.
Modifications: The spa reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients through the spa’s website or other usual communication channels.

Arrival
Late arrival to treatments will result in the session being adjusted or shortened depending on service availability, to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.

Terms of Use
Access to the gym is not permitted for persons under 16 years of age.
Treatments are not recommended for those under 18 years old (except with medical prescription from the spa).

*Children under two years old are not allowed access to the thermal club facilities.
*Children aged 2 to 11 must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children aged 2 to 3 must wear swim nappies.

At the Thermal Club facilities, wearing a swimsuit, flip-flops, and swimming cap is mandatory.
