    The Pazo de Recimil project

    Pazo de Recimil, beyond its accommodation offering, has revived its historic livestock vocation to become the origin of a unique initiative. This ox breeding project in Galicia combines traditional Galician livestock farming, respect for the environment and a strong commitment to quality produce, resulting in renowned Galician ox beef destined for some of the most representative gastronomic venues.

    Rural heritage of Galicia

    At Pazo de Recimil, the animals are raised in semi-freedom, alternating between Galician pastures and the estate’s facilities. This model of respectful livestock rearing is based on animal welfare and respect for natural growth rhythms.

    This project contributes to restoring and enhancing a historic estate linked to rural heritage of Galicia. The continuity of its productive activity helps preserve the identity of the surroundings and keep alive a tradition closely connected to the territory.
