      The Grand Hotel Union Eurostars, built in 1905, is an emblematic establishment that forms part of the living history of the city and the country. It is an imposing and beautiful building, an example of the Vienna Secession style, part of the Art Nouveau movement, which has hosted various personalities from the world of politics, film, music, and royalty over the years, including Queen Elizabeth II, Bill Clinton, and the Dalai Lama.

      This hotel offers its guests elegant facilities decorated with care and attention to detail, such as its spacious rooms, where guests can rest comfortably and worry-free, or its extensive gastronomic offer thanks to the Kavarna Union café, where you can savour the best Slovenian dishes accompanied by delicious local wines.

        Grand Hotel Union Eurostars has a complete wellness area with fitness centre, where guests can keep up with their exercise routines during their stay. There is also a spectacular indoor pool with views of Ljubljana Castle. This area is located in the penthouse of the adjacent Eurostars uHotel, which is just next door.

        Guests can take a dip in the luxurious rooftop pool, relax on the open terrace with its stunning city views, enjoy a wide range of massages, relaxation and beauty treatments, or for a more private experience, book the VIP suite, complete with infrared sauna and whirlpool.

        To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, reservations for the wellness facilities are required through reception, as capacity is limited. Guests may use the facilities free of charge for up to two hours.

      Your guide will take you on a walk around the historical city centre, where you will learn the history and stories of Ljubljana's major sights. From the Prešernov trg square, dominated by the Franciscan Church and connected to the Triple Bridge, you will head towards Plečnik's Market and the Cathedral, continue to the Town Hall and the Robba Fountain, cross the Cobblers' Bridge, pass the National and University Library to reach the Križanke Summer Theatre, and continue to the Kongresnitrg square.
