La Finca Restaurant’s culinary offering is influenced by Andalusian and European cuisine, which are expertly combined to offer our guests an unforgettable experience.
Our dishes are prepared with carefully selected locally grown produce, featuring recipes with artisan olive oil, the coveted fresh Barbate tuna, or Castellar de la Frontera vegetables grown in the fields surrounding the hotel, such as avocados, seasonal mushrooms or fresh fruit. Our oranges come from the hotel's own orange groves, and go straight from tree to glass.
We also use the best national suppliers, such as Las Coruñesas, which provides us with the freshest fish from the North, and Cárnicas Sáenz de Vitoria, for top-quality Spanish meat.
Grill Bar
At our Grill Bar, next to the swimming pool, you can enjoy the best refreshing and seasonal dishes. Our light and flavoursome dishes are made with local produce.
