*We kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you or any of your companions have any allergies or require a menu adaptation. This will allow us to prepare a suitable proposal.
*To confirm the reservation, a 100% prepayment is required at least 15 days before the event, along with written confirmation from the hotel’s Groups and Events department.
Reservations will be available until December 15. If the minimum of 50 participants is not reached by that date, the event will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations or reductions in the number of diners made less than 10 days in advance will incur a penalty of 100% of the deposit.
