The Hemisferic Restaurant at Eurostars Palacio de Cristal offers a gastronomic proposal based on Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine, with particular emphasis on regional variety and typical products. The restaurant has a food menu and a drinks menu, as well as a specific menu for guests who have booked their stay on a half-board basis.

Dinner service is available from Monday to Sunday. The offering includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other alternatives to cater to different dietary requirements.

The restaurant has an approximate capacity of 54 people. No prior reservation is required, except during Easter and the months of July and August.
