Please remember our cancellation policy:
- The cancellation policy for individual reservations is at 00:00 (local time) fifteen (15) days prior to arrival, in order to avoid a penalty equivalent to 100% of the stay.
- If the cancellation or modification is made 15 days prior to the arrival date, no charges will apply.
- In the event of modifications, cancellations made after this deadline, or a no-show, a charge of 100% of the total stay will be applied to the credit card provided as payment guarantee.
