The Red Restaurant at the Eurostars Grand Central offers dishes freshly prepared by the head chef and his team, accompanied by a selection of Spanish wines. The restaurant is currently closed for regular service and opens only for the breakfast buffet and for guests attending conferences or events with catering services.

The breakfast buffet at the Eurostars Grand Central offers a wide variety of breads, muesli, cold meats, cheeses, fruit and other options for a complete start to the day. The restaurant covers 248 m² and has capacity for 180 guests, allowing it to also cater for meetings, conferences and events held at the hotel.
