    Galician Gastronomic Days

    From June 15 to September 15, the Ensenada restaurant at Eurostars Gran Hotel La Toja becomes the setting for a gastronomic journey through Galicia. A celebration of traditional Galician cuisine that, day after day, showcases the flavors of the Atlantic and the inland regions through dishes inspired by the most authentic recipes of the region.

    Weekly gastronomic proposal:
    - Monday: The slow essence of cooking and fire – Galician broth.
    - Tuesday: The sea transformed into cuisine – Fish caldeirada.
    - Wednesday: A classic full of character – Cod and chickpea stew.
    - Thursday: Seafaring cuisine with a Galician soul – Octopus stew.
    - Friday: A tribute to the flavor and tradition of grilling – Mixed grilled meats.
    - Saturday: Tradition turned into pastry and flavor – Galician pie (empanada).
    - Sunday: The essence of the Galician countryside – Free-range chicken stew.
