The night of the eclipse

Some nights stay with you forever. The next eclipse, on August 12, will be one of them, and at Áurea Palacio de Sober we want you to experience it in a truly unique way.

The experience will begin at 7:30 p.m. with the viewing of the eclipse from the Tower of the 12 Maidens, a unique place from which to admire the sky in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra, surrounded by history, nature and a truly special atmosphere.

Later, at 9:30 p.m., the palace garden will host an open-air cocktail event, designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, with a drinks station and a selection of appetizers:
- Traditional Galician empanada from our bakery, with cod, scallops and meat varieties.
- Galician D.O. cheese boards.
- Galician beef cubes with Padrón peppers.
- Fried squid strips with wakame mayonnaise.
- Sea bass ceviche with mango and avocado.
- Creamy Iberian ham croquettes.
- Toasted bread with Santoña anchovies and roasted peppers.

An evening to enjoy the sky and a truly special night.
