The picturesque mix of people and architecture is further garnished by the impressive legacy of Gaudí, the father of Catalan Art Nouveau. His most important works, like the Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló and Park Güell, have become icons of the city and are portrayed in thousands of pictures every day.
A city packed with culture and leisure options that has become the perfect destination for all sorts of tourists and the pride of its inhabitants. Don't miss out!
Ground-breaking. Daring. Dream-like. Fun. That's the Eurostars Anglí hotel in Barcelona city, a hotel in the high part of Barcelona which, in its ambiance of the utmost comfort, peace and quiet, breaks the mould of classical hotel aesthetics. If you haven't yet visited the Eurostars Anglí hotel, you haven't seen anything yet because, to go through its front door is to enter a world where imagination has been let loose: a hotel in Barcelona city adorned with grafitti, with sheep in your suite so you can get to sleep counting them, with the bath forming part of the room, with floors imitating the green meadows of Ireland?
We just gave our exclusive team of interior designers a little guidance: "Be realistic, ask for the impossible". And this is how the hotel Anglí was born, as an exercise where reality put no shackles on the imaginative freedom of its creators.
Beyond the concepts of design and innovation, the 4 stars hotel Barcelona Eurostars Anglí is characterized by its exclusive tranquillity. Located in the highest part of the Sarriá district, a particularly peaceful area on the slopes of the Tibidabo mountain, the hotel provides exquisite pleasures such as a relaxing pool set in the lawn, silhouetted on the skyline.
With a bathtub in the middle of the room. With a play of forms, lights and colours that will not leave you indifferent. With bathroom and bedroom in one open space, without any division. With an innovative cocktail to welcome you to the hotel. With the most comfortable and highly-praised beds of Barcelona. With a deluxe room that includes a terrace of 40 square metres. This is what the Eurostars BCN Design is like. We could describe a thousand details of one of the most ground-breaking establishments in Spain, but, quite sincerely, you need to feel it and experience it by yourself.
The Eurostars BCN Design Hotel is set in an elegant building on the Paseo de Gracia, next to Rambla Cataluña, and dates from the second half of the 19th century, when the connecting road was built to join up the two most important cities in the region: Barcelona and Gracia. The building has been completely renovated by the Xavier Claramunt studio of architecture and interior design, turning it into a boutique hotel with elegant, modern decoration. It is endowed with the best equipment and technology so that our guests can enjoy the exclusivity and luxury of the Eurostars BCN Design.
Our boutique hotel in Barcelona provides free Wi-Fi connection and a gym. The bar-cafeteria offers excellent buffet breakfasts, a fine assortment of tapas, a specially selected range of wines and cavas, two ambiances to choose from and a spacious lounge with views of the Paseo de Gracia.
The essences of Barcelona art of yesterday and today come together in the Eurostars BCN Design Hotel. Our surroundings are dominated by the modernist spirit of the early 20th century (La Pedrera, Casa Battló, Casa Maladriga, Casa Lleo Morera, the Sagrada Familia...) and the interior is a faithful reflection of the vitality of the Barcelona design work of the beginning of the 21st century.
Each BCN Design Hotel rooms has a different personality, always within avant-garde lines. A spirit of intimacy pervades the Eurostars BCN Design, bringing guests and staff cordially closer.
Mediterranean airs, avant-garde art, minimalist design and soft sea breeze command the privileged facilities of the Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel, set in the hub of Barcelona's Port Vell.
The Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel hopes that being accommodated in the hotel, more than just a stay becomes a full experience. This is why we are in an incomparable setting, with exclusive service and facilities of the utmost luxury. The hotel provides great and small pleasures for a delightful, unforgettable stay: outdoor swimming pool with vistas of the city and the port, fully equipped gym with all types of apparatus, sauna, covered parking and piano bar.
The building, which resembles a transatlantic liner, is often mistaken for the ships and cruisers which, anchored in the port of Barcelona, protect the hotel. A total of 273 rooms are housed in the building, all exterior and with the constant presence of the Mediterranean light that finds its way into the most hidden corners.
The main hall sports an impressive circular staircase designed by the architect, Leohming Pei, the creator of the famous pyramid forming the main entrance to the Louvre Museum in Paris. The hotel is full of cutting edge design details and repeatedly houses temporary, avant-garde art exhibitions.
The hotel restaurant has also become a culinary reference in Barcelona. The buffet breakfast which, for six months of the year can be enjoyed on the orange-tree lined terrace, is an unvoiced secret in the capital of Catalonia. A vastly varied offer of gourmet dishes mirroring the finest pleasures of Mediterranean fusion cuisine flow from the Grand Marina kitchens. The restaurant completes its offer with an intimate, private dining room for 40 persons: the Aire de Mar (Sea Breeze) Restaurant.
The Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel is, in addition, an important cultural reference in Barcelona. Apart from the exhibitions displayed, the hotel holds an annual photography competition, the Eurostars Grand Marina Photography Prize and also hosts the gala prize-giving celebration of the Eurostars Travel Narrative Award.
There are so many things we could say about The Sagrada Familia: one day it will have 18 spires, it is the building under construction in Europe that first started its works, it is the most visited monument in Catalonia, and, at the current pace, works will be finished by 2026. From the Eurostars Monumental suites you can enjoy fantastic views of this place of worship.
At Eurostars Monumental Hotel, a recently-built establishment, you will find modernity, design, comfort and a warmly enveloping ambiance to make you feel at home. The decoration of the different areas and the rooms themselves include constant reminders of Gaudí.
The hotel provides a breakfast lounge and cafeteria where buffet breakfasts are served with a wide choice of top quality products. You also have the possibility of enjoying the room service, for meeting your needs or whims.
Our hotel displays temporary exhibitions by different artists which are on show throughout the year. The exhibits are on sale. (http://blog.eurostarshotels.com/)
It is a hotel envisioned, designed and organised for true Rambla lovers. For people who love being in the thick of everything taking place in the city. For centrists, for egocentrics, for the centred, for centripetal folks. Here, our goal is for you to forget about your car, toss your problems to the wind and dive into the street while conjugating the most Barcelona of verbs: I ramble, you ramble, he rambles...
The Eurostars Ramblas has 55 functional, modern rooms in the city centre which offer everything you need: a comfortable bed, Wi-Fi, a modern bathroom, Mediterranean light and, luckily, a balcony overlooking the Rambla.
The Eurostars Ramblas is located across from Plaça del Teatre, the most artistic stretch of the Rambla. It occupies two historic buildings located where Barcelona's medieval wall used to be, and it is designed in a modern, fresh, youthful and minimalistic style.
