How to get to the hotel

We are right in the epicentre of the capital. In Madrid's beating heart. In the eye of the hurricane, in the centre of the Madrid bounded by Plaza de España, Gran Vía, Callao and the Royal Palace. The shopping and department store zone on Callao and Preciados is just three minutes from the hotel.

At the Hotel Exe Suites 33, we are just a stone's throw from the countless cinemas and theatres on Gran Vía, breathing its nerves, premieres and glamour. Some of the emblematic sites in Madrid that are less than a ten-minute walk from the door of the Hotel Exe Suites 33 are the Royal Palace, the Senate, the Sabatini Gardens, the Teatro Real, Callao, the Cathedral of the Almudena, Campo de Moro, Plaza Mayor, Princesa Street, Plaza de España, the Fine Arts Academy and large department stores like El Corte Inglés and FNAC.

Up to five underground lines cross near the Hotel Exe Suites 33: through them you can reach any point in Madrid. The RENFE-Regional train station on Príncipe Pío is just a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Car park information: The hotel has a limited number of concerted car park places in a private indoor car park located at 100 meters of the establishment. These places are under availability and can't be booked. Parking spaces are subject to availability. You can check availability by contacting the hotel. They have the same check-in and check-out conditions as the room. Special requests subject to availability.
Paying private car park: € 23 per day.

Hotel access: The hotel located on Calle Leganitos, within the Madrid Central area created by the City Council of Madrid.

If you are getting to the hotel in a private vehicle, in order to avoid fines, please bear in mind that you will have to contact reception with the number plate of the car you will use to access the street and tell us whether you’ll be using that car on the street during your stay. This way we can inform the City Council of Madrid and avoid any fines.

* Only electric and hybrid cars (0 and ECO label) without needing to report number plates. Eco vehicles can park for up to 2 hours on the street or in public or private car parks without restrictions.

* The hotel will not be held responsible for said fines if the required information was not duly provided.

* The restrictions in Madrid Central apply regardless of the pollution situation; if there is high pollution, the hotel will not be held responsible for possible infringements. It is the driver’s responsibility to be informed of the contamination situation and road permits.
