Some of the highlights of the extensive seasonal menu include dried-tuna millefeuille with creamy leeks and kumquat and Seafood bisque in textures, to get started. The interesting fish dishes include a delicious grilled sea bream, black rice and cuttlefish slices with cream of celery, cod confit, and brandade in crispy skin.
The meat dishes are no less succulent, with lamb shank in red-wine and dark-chocolate glaze on a root-vegetable purée or Boar sirloin with fried ravioli stuffed with traditional Madrid stew and garbanzo purée. Dessert is the cherry on top, with cava and tangerine mousse with pistachio crunch and lemon verbena syrup, and seasonal fruit with banana allspice sorbet.

The restaurant's culinary excellence is highlighted by its interior design based on daring yet elegant lines that bring out its amazing verticality. Lacquered pieces, granite and black and white furnishings give the space a very sophisticated feel that makes the panoramic views of the mountains even better, especially at sunset.
Two large murals in serigraphed glass and a delicate black-and-white drawing separate the main dining room from the sections on either end. Plus, the restaurant has an exclusive private room that seats 15 diners.
