As a consequence of signing up to receive the Newsletter from Eurostars Hotels, the user accepts that the personal details provided now or in the future through this service will be processed on a personal data file, and said file is the responsibility of HOTUSA. Any data registered on these files may be used to provide and manage the services offered by HOTUSA, to process bookings and charge for products and services offered through Eurostar Hotels, call centres, or mobile communication services using GSM, GPRS or UMTS technology; to manage issues; create statistics; send advertising and other commercial offers via email, SMS, MMS or any other similar media from HOTUSA; to promote prize-winning competitions and subscriptions to newsletters from the aforementioned company. The data holder will have the right to access the automatic files at any time, and users may exercise their rights of rectification, cancellation or opposition under the terms laid out in data protection legislation. The data holder should send an email to info@eurostarshotels.com from the email address used to register in order to exercise the rights of rectification, cancellation or opposition for the data held on the HOTUSA file, indicating the action to be taken. If the email address used for registration cannot be accessed by the user, then a signed and certified letter should be sent to: a) Calle Princesa, no. 56, 08003 Barcelona, detailing the action to be taken and with a photocopy of the user's ID. All of the details required to register as a user are mandatory, unless the registration form specifies otherwise, and HOTUSA may deny the interested party the right to register if said details are not provided.
