The Debod Temple is a curiosity worth discovering. The Temple allows the visitor to see Egypt from the confortness of Madrid.

Where? Paseo de Rosales 2, next to Plaza de España.
Fee: Free entrance although an appointment must be made previously (913 667 415).



Art Triangle


It is the euphemism that gathers the Prado Museum, The Reina Sofía Art Center, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. This impressive art collection requires weeks to be fully discovered. If the visitor does not have enough time, in the Reina Sofia Museum should go directly to the works by Picasso, Juan Gris, Miró and the famous Guernica, while in the Thyseen should opt to see the pop art works, Russian constructivism and German expressionism.

The Prado Museum by itself is one of the most important galleries of the world. Its cultural interest lies in the works and collections by recognized authors such as Francisco de Goya, Diego Velázquez, El Greco, Rafael, Tiziano, El Bosco, Murillo, Zurbarán, Durero or Tintoretto.

Schedule: from 10.00 until 19.00 horas. Prado and Thyssen closed on Monday and Reina Sofia on Tuesday.
Fee: for 20€ it is possible to get a pass for the three museums.
