In our exclusive panoramic restaurant you will enjoy the best Mediterranean gastronomy with a touch of signature cuisine, while you enjoy the amazing views over the Sierra of Madrid.Among the wide range of dishes in our seasonal menu you may find starters such as our Milfeuille of dried tuna with soft leek and kumquat cream or our Crab texture soup. Then, the exclusive fish dishes include a delicious Grilled red bream, black rice and cuttlefish slices with celeriac cream and our Candied cod fish fillet, Madrid style tripe, brandade wrapped up in a crispy peel. And then there is also a succulent meat offer, including Lamb hock with red wine and sour chocolate glacé on a root purée or our Wild boar sirloin with fried ravioli stuffed with Madrid style broth and chick pea purée. Finally, to conclude, deserts such as our Cava wine and mandarin mousse with pistachio nut and lemon verbena syrup or our Exotic fruits of the loom with banana sherbet with Jamaican pepper. And we also offer a wide range of wines, with more than 150 different wines on our wine menu.Interior design completes the gastronomic excellence, with innovating, daring lines which enhance the amazing verticality of the spaces. Lacquer wood, granite elements and the black and white pieces of furniture result in a highly sophisticated atmosphere that enhances the panoramic view over the Sierra, especially at nightfall. Two big mural paintings made with serigraphied glass and a delicate black and white painting serve to cut the central part into two aisles at each end. Besides, the restaurant is provided with an exclusive private room for 15 persons.
